Yesterday was my birthday. I am now 21 years young but I feel so old. I'm going to keep things quick today. I'm trying to be productive. I found these pants at The Salvation Army for 1 dollar. I normally don't do navy blue but...they fit me perfectly.

Requested close up of my bag :P
Weather in the last three days = disgusting. I guess we're retreating back into winter. Hate. It. Something I did enjoy was what I was wearing today. Boyfriend's huge tee, H&M leggings, combat boots = heaven. I also picked up this necklace yesterday. I'm in love with it. I'm definitely going to be buying more obnoxious jewelry (statement necklaces, funky rings) soon. Hm, the only reason why I don't have bracelets all over my wrists at all times is because I have eczema and for some reason they irritate me. Lame.
Just wanted to take some time out to thank my loyal followers. I love you all. I'm trying to switch things up more and blog about more than just outfit posts...so I hope you all stick around. Mwah! Mwah!
I found this skirt at Forever 21 the other day and completely fell in love with it. A co-worker mentioned to me that it looks like a "grown up" version of a tutu. I completely agree. I felt so girly wearing this today even with the boots and button up. I'm really starting to regret not buying these Aldo boots in black. I mean, they're great, but I need a pair in black. I'm beginning to find that I end up needing a lot of things. I browse blogs and online shops way too much.
Every time I go to the thrift store in the past couple of weeks, I've been attracted to these bright coral/orange/pinkish colors. I guess it's just my excitement for spring (which is one of my favorite times of the year) that's been drawing me to them. And it's something different from the usual white button up that I've always defaulted to. It's another gorgeous day today. I think I'll spend it thrifting. I'm procrastinating just a tad on my portfolio. No worries, no worries, I will get it done. :)

Ah, just a super quick post today. I love these American Apparel disco pants. They're seriously amazingly comfortable despite how uncomfortable they look. They were an early birthday present to myself. They are pretty pricey, so, early birthday present is my excuse for buying them. :P Lately, I've been wearing flats a lot. It's really because of work. I'm on my feet all day and heels are just not smart. Even the most comfortable ones can become horrible. Although, I think it's kind of having a reverse effect because sometimes when I wear heels now my ankles feel stiff. Go figure.
Note to self : Invest in a good pair of sunglasses for outfit pictures. Sun in the eyes is not a cute look for me.

Two outfits in a week! How exciting. Haha. I really love how comfy these wedges are. Also, my boyfriend's cardigan is amazing. He doesn't know it but it is now mine forever! I feel so organized right now. It's great. I feel like I'm out of my wardrobe slump for the most part and I've been working on submitting my portfolio to schools but I'm really not sure what I want to do with school right now. I've been extremely discouraged lately. I'm sure I'll figure something out soon.
The weather is gorgeous over here and I'm having a really great day off but I can't stop thinking about Japan and anyone in the region who has been affected by the disaster. You're all in my thoughts and I pray that everyone stays safe.

P.S. I know it can be slightly annoying when girls try to act like they're pigeon-toed because they think it's cute...but I actually really do stand like this and walk like this most of the time. I actually used to get in trouble for it when I did gymnastics (for eight years) and dance in high school. Haha.
Finally, a new outfit post! I know everyone is probably sick of the Jeffrey Campbell Lita's by now, but, they've become a staple for me. They're just so comfortable. I've also been dying to wear this dress I bought from H&M back in November. I think the color of it is what does it for me. I promise I'll get back to checking my comments and commenting back on all of your blogs as soon as I can. I'm still trying to get my blogging schedule back to normal. Have a good week everyone!
